Join us for a session filled with movement, mindfulness, and fun!

Our Youth Yoga workshop, designed for ages 9-15, offers a transformative journey to explore the connection between mind, body, and spirit through yoga.

Participants will learn various yoga techniques, including asanas (poses), pranayama (breath control), and meditation, all aimed at fostering inner peace, balance, and self-awareness.

This workshop is perfect for young individuals who want to learn more about yoga or simply enjoy a fun and relaxing activity! It's also a great complement to a child's movement routine and supports focus. No prior yoga experience is necessary—everyone is welcome to join!

Renay has been in the fitness field for over 20 years. She is a Certified Cycling Coach, an ACE Certified Group Fitness Trainer, a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher, and a AAAISMA Stress Reduction, Relaxation and Meditation Instructor. Having experience teaching to all levels and capabilities makes Renay a well-rounded coach, facilitator, mentor, and educator. You will encounter her passion and desire for fitness, happiness and life as soon as you walk into one of her sessions.


Please note that as the parent, you will need to complete a physical waiver for your child to participate.
