Please note: We will meet three Fridays during the program (Weekends 1, 4, and 7).
Fridays: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Saturdays & Sundays: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend 1: 9/18, 9/19, 9/20
Weekend 2: 10/3 and 10/4
Weekend 3: 10/10 and 10/11
Weekend 4: 11/6, 11/7, and 11/8
Weekend 5: 11/21 and 11/22
Weekend 6: 12/5 and 12/6
Weekend 7: 1/8, 1/9, and 1/10
Graduation will take place on the final day of training: Sunday, January 10.
While we highly encourage you to attend every session, we understand that life happens. To remain in integrity with the program and receive your 200-hour certification, you may miss up to one weekend of training in accordance with our attendance policy.
DISCOVER YOUR POWER
Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour yoga teacher training at Hotbox led by Sarah Panetta & Tim Wagner with contributions from other Hotbox Yoga Teachers.
OUR PROMISE: To leave the program with a dynamic foundation for your yoga practice, teaching, and life. You will emerge from this program with a new sense of leadership on and off of your mat. This training will give you the tools and confidence to teach a powerful vinyasa yoga class.
WHY HOTBOX: We have a team of experienced teachers with a vast knowledge of the history of yoga, traditional yoga principles, and a power yoga practice. Participants will walk away with a deeper understanding of the benefits of yoga beyond the physical. Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to work with members of our teaching team in a way that will support, challenge, and inspire leadership on and off of the mat.
PROGRAM FACILITATORS: This training will be led by Hotbox Yoga assistant manager, Sarah Panetta & Tim Wagner. Modules within the training will be led by other HBY senior teachers according to their areas of expertise.
