This program provides a robust and dynamic foundation for your yoga practice, teaching, and life. We will explore the eight limbs of yoga with a focus on asana (postures), meditation, and inquiry to set you up to lead a powerful practice for anyone, anytime, anywhere. The program is specifically designed to integrate principles of trauma-informed practices, diversity and inclusion, alignment, and well-being into new teachers' foundations. Our intention is to provide for a more powerful, welcoming method that offers more than just physical benefits. We spend significant time reflecting on our holding and reactive patterns in our lives and on our mats. We cultivate new habits of mindfulness, well-being, and service. You will learn to teach powerful vinyasa with the Baptiste Journey Into Power framework and gain tools for designing vinyasa and restorative sequences beyond the Baptiste method.
